This workshop aims to bring together researchers, students in undergraduate and graduate levels and professionals interested in the latest advances in design, analysis, and implementation of algorithms and data structures. The goal is to disseminate the lines of development associated with algorithms and data structure, led by academics from institutions that carry out development and research. This workshop seeks to become a platform for interaction for researchers and students to present works in progress and receive feedback from the scientific community.

We invite researchers and students to submit paper proposals for the Workshop in Developments in Algorithms and Data Structures that will be held as part of the JCC 2026 in Talca, University of Talca, Chile.

• Data structures and algorithms that support applications such as AI, big data, data distribution, IoT, etc.
• Computation in reduced space.
• Processing of large-scale data.
• Computational models for current problems.
• Processing in external memory, online and streaming.

Submission guidelines:

• Extended Abstracts of up to four pages indicated obtained results.
• Posters: These must combine brief text, images and graphs in vertical format. Its structure should include title, authors/affiliation, introduction, objectives, methodology, results, conclusions and bibliography.
